You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By proceeding, you confirm that these conditions are met.
3. Nature of Our Services
Sereva provides general educational information and document organisation support only. Our Programmes are designed to help participants understand common retirement frameworks in Malaysia, organise their personal records, and prepare questions for the relevant official bodies.
Our Programmes do not constitute and must not be relied upon as personal financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated advice or professional service. We do not assess your individual circumstances, make recommendations about your retirement funds, or act as a licensed financial adviser, financial planner, or legal practitioner in any capacity.
For personal decisions regarding your retirement savings, legal matters, or regulated financial products, you must consult the appropriate licensed practitioners or the relevant official bodies in Malaysia.
4. Programme Registration and Booking
To attend a Programme, you must submit an enquiry via our contact form or by telephone, and receive written confirmation from Sereva. A booking is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation and, where applicable, when payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any fee paid will be refunded in full.
5. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are as follows (subject to change with notice):
- Retirement Readiness Orientation — from RM 520 per participant
- Pension & Retirement Records Organisation Workshop — from RM 1,900 per participant
- Comprehensive Retirement Transition Information Programme — from RM 4,300 per participant
Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Fees include all stated materials. Group pricing may be available — contact us for details.

Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before the session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 calendar days may be subject to an administrative charge of up to 20% of the session fee. Cancellations on the day of the session are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Cancellation by Sereva: In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session (for example, due to facilitator unavailability or insufficient group numbers), we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

All Content, materials, handouts, templates, and educational resources provided by Sereva remain the intellectual property of Sereva. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private reference in connection with the Programme you attended. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written consent.
9. Disclaimers
Our Programmes and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure our Content is accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties that the information is complete, current, or free from error.
We expressly disclaim any responsibility for decisions you make based on information received in our sessions or on our Website. General educational information about retirement frameworks is not a substitute for personalised professional advice.

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using our Website or attending a Programme, you confirm you have read and understood how we handle your data.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
